Can You Book a Funeral Live Stream Outside Our Coverage Area?
Our primary service area is Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty. But we understand that funerals don't always happen in the most convenient places, and families sometimes need streaming services in locations beyond our standard region.
Can we help if your service is outside our coverage area? In many cases, the answer is yes.
It Depends on the Distance
For services within a reasonable distance of our coverage area, we can often travel to provide the service. There may be additional travel costs involved, and we'll be clear about these upfront so you can make an informed decision.
For services significantly further afield, in the South Island, for example, or in very remote locations, it may not be practical for us to attend in person. In those cases, we'll be honest with you about that.
How to Enquire
The best approach is simply to contact us with the details of your service, the date, time, and location. We'll assess whether we can help and respond quickly, because we know that when a funeral is being arranged, there's rarely much time to spare.
What We Can Arrange
In situations where we can travel to an out-of-area service, we'll bring the same equipment and provide the same quality of service as within our standard coverage area. The distance doesn't affect how we work, it only affects the logistics and, in some cases, the cost.
What If We Truly Can't Help?
If your service is in a location we genuinely cannot reach, we'll tell you clearly and try to suggest alternatives. We would rather be honest with you than take a booking we can't deliver on. The last thing any family needs is to be let down by a service provider at this time.
