  • Yes. All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. This secures your date and operator.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be available depending on how much notice is given and any costs already incurred. We’ll always do our best to be fair and reasonable.

  • No. We bring our own mobile internet connection to every booking. We never rely on venue wifi.

  • Yes. The streaming link works anywhere in the world on any device - phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV. No app download required.

  • Unlimited. There's no viewer cap on any of our packages.

  • We email you a public or private link which you can forward however you like via email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, text. It's just a link.

  • The Complimentary Memorial Page hosting the live stream and recordings can remain online, either privately or publicly, for up to 24 months at no additional hosting cost on any package, unless otherwise requested.

    We believe it is important for family and friends to be able to revisit treasured memories while navigating the grieving process. Every package also includes a downloadable recording file that you can keep forever. We recommend downloading and securely storing your recording as soon as possible for long-term safekeeping.

  • Yes. Included in all packages.

  • Auckland, Waikato, and the Bay of Plenty. Contact us if you're outside these areas - we're expanding and may still be able to help.

  • As soon as you know the date. We can often accommodate short-notice bookings but earlier is always better to guarantee your date.

  • We'll do our best to accommodate. If your service is likely to run long, choose the Standard or Premium package, or contact us beforehand to discuss.

  • An experienced member of the TributeCast team will professionally manage the live stream, ensuring family and friends can share in the service from anywhere in the world.
