From Booking to Broadcast: Our 4-Step Process
We know that clarity matters when you're organising a funeral. The less you have to figure out, the better. Here's exactly how the TributeCast.NZ process works, from the moment you contact us to the moment remote family members watch the service.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Contact us through our website or by phone. Tell us what you need and when the service is. We'll listen carefully, ask a few key questions, and help you understand your options. There's no pressure and no jargon, just a straightforward conversation about how we can help.
If you're in the very early stages and don't have all the details yet, reach out anyway. We'd rather start the conversation early and fill in the details as they become available.
Step 2: We Prepare
Once your booking is confirmed, we get to work. We'll confirm the service details with the funeral director or venue, check access requirements, and make sure our equipment is ready for the specific location.
We'll send you the private viewing link and password so you can share these with remote guests ahead of time. We're also available in the days before the service to help remote viewers test the link and answer any technical questions.
Step 3: We Arrive Early and Set Up
On the day of the service, our team arrives at the venue at least an hour before the scheduled start time. We set up our professional camera and audio equipment in a position that gives a clear, respectful view of the service without being intrusive.
We run a full test of the stream before any guests arrive, checking video quality, audio levels, and the reliability of the internet connection. We also have 4G/5G backup capability so that if the venue's internet is unreliable, we can switch seamlessly to our own connection.
Step 4: We Broadcast, and You Focus on What Matters
When the service begins, we go live. Our operator monitors the stream throughout, keeping an eye on quality and ensuring the broadcast stays stable from the opening words to the final farewell.
After the service, if your package includes a recording, it's automatically available through the same private link. Remote viewers can return to it in their own time, for as long as the recording is hosted.
That's the complete TributeCast.NZ process, simple, reliable, and handled for you from start to finish. Visit tributecast.nz to get started.
